Our answer to this one is rather similar to the answer to the question about the length of a module: it will vary from student to student and will depend very much on individual circumstances. Nevertheless as a general guide you should allow 18 months from start to finish of the course. it can be completed sooner if sufficient time is available, but most students will prefer to work at a more leisurely pace. We won't 'pounce' on any student who doesn't quite make it in 18 months, however, but it is important that students don't allow it to last much more than another month or so.
